For me, motivation and the realization of the ideas matter a lot. I believe by teaching the concept clearly, students will get the ability to think and solve the problem on their own. I stress this to my students and encourage them to solve a mathematical problem on their own. I spend more time motivating the students and understand what to do and how to approach the solution of the given problem hence they enjoy solutions in their own style. I am dedicated to mathematics. I expect my students, the same. Mathematics is more like a hard-core addiction. Yes.! Easy to Start. Once you get used to it and started enjoying to be with it, it's hard to get out of it. I will follow a sequential testing and evaluation plan to track progress. I value feedback from the student and parents.
